Maui Grown tomatoes are grown in Kapakalua, Maui. These are delicious local tomatoes available in FEBRUARY.Salsa Fresca
3 large tomatoes, diced small
1 small red onion, diced small
1 jalapeno, diced (you can remove the seeds if you don't want it too hot)
juice of 2 limes
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine everything in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate a couple of hours or even overnight before serving.
