My favorite blueberry smoothie recipe:
1/2 Cup favorite milk (dairy, almond, hemp etc)
1/2 Cup favorite plain yogurt (dairy, coconut, soy etc)
1 Cup blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
your favorite protein powder (whey, hemp, soy, rice)
your favorite super foods (greens, flax oil, bee pollen)
Depending on the amount of powders added, you may need to add a bit more milk.
