Sandwich trays in deli now biodegradable

Mana Foods is now using a compostable/biodegradable tray to hold the prepared sandwiches. These environmentally friendly  trays are made from 100% wheat stalk that has been certified Gluten Free and is organic and GMO free.  They are chemical and bleach free. Home composting time 2-4 months.
By the end of June, the meat department will be using these  trays as well.
