Gluten Freedom: Italian summer

There is a saying in Italy“a tavola non s’invecchia”, which means “at the table you do not age”. This may be the original slow food motto. For me, it means don’t hurry through your meals, take the time to sit down with family a friends to truly enjoy your food. It seemed to me that July might be a perfect time to have a leisurely Italian feast.
