The gift that keeps on giving, literally! Government & private funding for your favorite non-profit or community group has probably been cut this year. Donating money to a great cause leaves a small carbon foot print, contributes in a meaningful way to your community and is usually tax deductible. If you are short of cash, consider donating time or services.Some of my favorite causes are the Paia Youth and Cultural Center and the Maui Food Bank.
