Chocolate Wall: Smoke & Stout Caramel Bar

A new chocolate bar from Vosges is always a welcome treat. They take Rogue's Chocolate Stout beer, Alderwood smoked salt, burnt sugar caramel  and put in a base of dark chocolate. 

Your senses of sight, smell, and taste will collectively surrender to the inebriating potion that spills out of this chocolate bar. Rich, dark chocolate stout and Alderwood smoked salt are combined with soft, oozing caramel and encased in deep, dark chocolate.

Pekelo's Coffee at 4th Friday Paia town party

Tonight, Pekelo's coffee will be sampling their 100% Maui Red Catuai Coffee at Mana Foods inside at the bamboo demo bar. Paia is having their 4th Friday celebration and there will be special events throughout the different shops and restaurants.

EMPOWERING HAWAIIs YOUTH through social entrepreneurship

808 Urban is able to offer FREE urban arts and culture workshops to Hawaii's youth because of community support. Make a donation and receive a handmade sticker by one of our students. Make a larger one and receive a tshirt designed by students. Make even a larger one, and receive all of the above plus a limited edition print of the 808 Urban mural called "Tongan Boy", by 808 Urban founder and Graffiti artist PRIME. All donations go toward empowering Hawaii's up and coming youth leaders to become cultural, community-minded artists and grassroots organizers.

This summer's 808 Urban Mai'a workshop is 12 weeks long, and females only, as the partnership organization that we will be working with will be educating students about the realities of Hawaii's human sex trafficking issues. The Mai'a workshop provides an opportunity for youth to explore local community change through a social entrepreneurial and professional design platform.
